On the 16th of March 2025 we informed our readers, that C4C had become the target of a vicious online defamation campaign, perpetrated by the founder of the Czech Satanic Community, Jakub Jahl – see here.
The accusations against C4C were so egregious and inflammatory that we were forced to file criminal and civil charges against Mr. Jahl.
This notice is meant to inform our friends and supporters that as of August 2025 the Plzen Court of Justice has ruled against Mr. Jahl in no uncertain terms, requiring him to:
- retract his ludicrous claims and statements
- withdraw all published videos
- reimburse C4C for all incurred legal costs
- issue an explicit public apology
EPILOGUE:
A big thank you goes to all who have helped us corroborating the claims against us by informing us of the existence of these videos and accusations, and all the brave souls who have encouraged us and stood by us through this turbulent period.
Even though justice has prevailed, the incident is a stark reminder of the dangers lurking behind efforts to lure, via click-bait, unsuspecting people into the nether-regions of the Internet and dubious social media profiles or behind pay walls.
In most cases, the motives behind inflammatory and sensationalist defamation campaigns, like the one leveled against C4C, are typically not driven by ideals, but rather by the desire for quick profit and personal gain.
