Peace of mind 50 years ago probably constituted having a good working tire fixing kit and a pump on a bicycle. Times have changed! Today, computer security seems on everyone’s mind.
It’s probably safe to assume that peace of mind these days equals for many of us having our computers protected by a good Anti Virus program. It’s not any difference in our office. Protecting our computers and network from intruders like Viruses, malicious code and Trojans is an important concern. And to wit – it can be costly!
Chance 4 Children (C4C) computers have now been safe and sound for four years, relying on the award winning NOD32 program from Eset software to protect them. Today the company sent another complimentary two year extension for all of our computers and laptops, in recognition of C4C‘s humanitarian efforts. We think that’s great and we wish the folks from Eset much success for the future. Their program really rocks!
As a plug for those of you looking for a reliable Anti-Virus program, maybe we should mention here that we have NEVER had a problem with any intruder since using the NOD 32 program. There were plenty of attempts to compromise our security and the NOD warning screen flashed up many a times – but there were never any penetrations! All evil doers were caught – at all times!
