The above message I got from our clown, musician and lion-heart Pavel Justych, who in the mid-November once again took his van to pick up over 2,000 Activia yoghurts from Danone and delivered them to children´s homes and homes for elderly around Prague – and tried to lift the spirit of their inhabitants at the time of once again tightened security measures.
And it worked amazingly!
All the smiles on the photos evidence it, as well as heartfelt thanks and even one shot, which was taken for us in the children’s home in Dolní Počernice and you can see it on our Facebook page. The yoghurts traveled to a total of 480 km to 12 facilities – 5 children’s homes (Klánovice, Dolní Počernice, Sázava, Lety and Pyšely) and 7 facilities for the elderly (Dobřichovice, Mirovice, Příbram, Písek, Březnice, Drhoule and Sušice).
The joy was immense and we owe a heartfelt thanks to both – Pavel for his time and the kindness he put into the delivery, and Danone. Thanks to the generosity of the company, we were able to conjure many smiles on the faces of children and adults once again.
