November 25th 2015 our HR department gathered in the factory in Volduchy with children from the oprhanages from Plzen, Nove Straseci and Pisek. The event was held to support non-governmental organization C4C (Chance 4 Children) under the patronage of the Prague Rotary Club Bohemia. One of C4C’s projects is an educational project for children in Czech orphanages. Borgers CS is currently developing a new educational concept for potential employees and also implementing a new scholarship program. Therefore we’ve decided to introduce the company and offer opportunities of employement to the kids from the orphanages. We’ve prepared a small snack and presentation of our company and its products. We took a tour through the factory and had a chance to see face to face what’s the production all about. There were 15 children with their teachers present !The meeting was also attended by Mr. Uwe Hengstermann- our executive who is also a member of the Rotary club.
