The educational platform for educators in children’s homes, HELPMATE, is entering its fourth season. If you’re interested, you can read what was behind its creation and how it works here: Helpmate – Chance4Children (c4c.cz).
Meanwhile, HELPMATE outgrew the first and original iteration, after its implementation in many children’s homes and hundreds of educators having completed individual courses. By popular demand, we just had to move to a new level! Making use of the summer holidays, the HELPMATE team, being led by Markéta Franke, succeeded in upgrading the program to a new technology platform, which brings exciting new possibilities:
- We reorganized the HELPMATE education methodology, so that our “students” will now go through a whole school year instead of just random individual courses.
- Students can now take most of the courses much more flexibly – and adapt their studies to their individual needs throughout the year.
- The new platform provides the opportunity for community sharing and communication so that educators can exchange their experiences even better.
- We have prepared a number of additional and useful activities:
- a possibility of consultation with a psychologist
- practicing conversational English is now possible
- for those under pressure, we created a Relax Zone
- plus we have made various other educational opportunities and courses available.

By now, as many as 110 educators from 13 children’s homes have started the new school year with us – that’s great news!
Fingers crossed that many more educators will like the improved platform with its new possibilities and that they will soon settle in on it.
Our development team is now preparing for the next school year 2025/26 and will adapt the platform for other target groups as well! We have plenty of ideas and plans in stock.
And if you’re interested, we will be happy to keep you informed about new developments and news. We’d appreciate hearing from you.
